Next to Tiramisu, my favorite dessert is definitely Apple Pie. Not only do i love the taste of apples and cinnamon but the smell is amazing. While it has not been easy to find a healthy pancake recipe, I think this one comes pretty close!
Does anyone else feel like once in awhile it’s nice to have a break from smoothies? Personally, breakfast food is my favorite. My whole life I loved having eggs for breakfast. Whether they were scrambled, boiled, or fried, eggs were my go-to for almost any meal. However, in choosing to live a plant based life I knew decreasing my egg and meat intake would be a serious challenge. If you feel similarly, you need to try this tofu scramble.
I want to start by saying, I absolutely LOVE this recipe. Chia pudding is my current obsession. Yes, I know it is a little embarrassing how long it took me to try this but I literally cannot stop eating it. I have always loved chia seed in smoothies or even just in water but I never actually considered chia pudding as something I would like. Facepalm… I know.
